THIS IS FOR LEVEL 1 & 2 (INTRODUCTION LEVEL) ONLY.
To provide those with Child Protection Designated Safeguarding Person responsibility a clear understanding of their role, resources and support available, and the confidence to undertake the appropriate action on child protection concerns.
Daytime courses are from 9.30-1.30pm.
Evening courses are from 6.30-8.30pm on 2 consecutive days from the first date and both sessions must be attended to complete the course.
N.B. In order to book onto the DSP course you will need to have completed our Norfolk specific Introduction to Safeguarding Children tutor led course, within the last 3 years, or provide evidence of completing a suitable equivalent level safeguarding training course, within the last 3 years.

• Name of Training Provider
• Name of Course
• Length of Course
• Whether the course was tutor led or self-directed study
• The course aim
• The course learning objectives and or content covered
• The level of the training
• A copy of your course certificate |
